​Tiarra Inside Sales started in 2015 with an aim to provide quality leads to those organizations which are struggling to find qualified prospects. 

Shaleen has deep background in lead generation, marketing, and direct selling. In his previous capacity, Shaleen has managed Pre-Sales and Marketing department at Azure Knowledge Corporation and Annik Technology Services where he was responsible for managing the entire life cycle of Pre-Sales from identifying prospects, creating interest in company services through cold-calling, sending customized presentations and setting up follow-up appointments for the sales team. Over the last 9+ years, Shaleen was instrumental in getting 90+ new clients on board through his lead generation efforts. 

Prior to this, Shaleen was an Assistant Manager in Evalueserve (a large global research firm) for four years and started his career at Convergys as a Customer Care Executive. In total, Shaleen has over 15 years of work experience and has completed his degree from Delhi University and professional training diplomas in software engineering at APTECH.
